Yes. The booking calendar is a theme app block, so you add it to any party package product page from the Shopify theme editor. No code required.
Yes. Families pay a deposit online to lock in their date, and your staff collect the remaining balance at the venue. The deposit is credited automatically.
Yes. From Shopify POS, staff can check availability, book parties and collect balances. Pricing comes through correctly, and any deposit already paid is credited.
The slot is held only while they check out. If they don't pay, the hold expires and the slot opens back up for someone else. You choose how long holds last in Settings.
Yes. Staff can block out any resource, such as a party room, the arena or a lounge, for maintenance or a private event. Those times won't be offered to customers.
Yes. Set your venue's time zone in Settings, and availability, operating hours and bookings all follow your local time.
Not yet. Waivers are on our roadmap. In the meantime, venues can keep using their current waiver provider alongside the app.
